Mysterious, beautiful, alluring, untamable, vulnerable, provocative. This mixture is a great place to start attempting to describe Amber Cole. She is a powerful new voice with a soul that has wandered the world evolving and discovering her identity.
Extremely bright, sensitive and creative. She has a deep curiosity and insatiable desire to learn and grow. She has been through trauma and created fascinating music to help her recover. Amber's voice has a beautiful quality to it, akin to a female crooner.
Amber Cole grew up outside Denver, Colorado, and she began playing piano and singing at the age of seven. She began creating original songs by the time she was 14, but then took years off from both singing and playing piano.
Amber found her way back to music through performing Lady Gaga songs on the piano. She began working at a dueling piano bar in Denver and has been entertaining on cruise ships for over three years.
Amber moved to Nashville in 2019 to pursue a full-time career in songwriting and performing. The covid-19 pandemic brought her back home to Colorado, where she continues her pursuit of songwriting, singing and performing, both virtually and live.
"Probably the most beautiful voice I've ever heard in real life. I could listen to her all day long." -- Someone, somewhere
"Amber Cole can entertain a room whether it wants to be entertained or not. She pulls people in and has them singing along, making requests, and changing their plans to come back for her next show. She’s a versatile artist who knows when to pull out a crowd pleaser and when the audience wants to hear one of her originals. I’ve seen her play multiple shows a night and it never feels the same as her repertoire is deep and her ability to connect with the audience between songs is powerful." -- Dan Kline, writer for The Motley Fool
"Most of her songs have pretty dark and/or deep undertones, but a lot of her songs are just funny, too." -- Someone else, probably.
